New beginnings – a new year, a new job, a new house, a new baby. And while any of these may be a good reason to make a quilt, a baby is the reason that is most likely to lead me to the sewing machine. Over the years I’ve made many baby quilts. The size generally makes them a quick sewing job, and the fabrics and design can be bright and fun.
